The environmental management, occupational safety and health policy is based on:

• Compliance with legal requirements of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources, labor protection and other requirements of national or international standards of environmental management and labor protection management applied by “GEO ENERGY GROUP” LLP.

• Taking all possible measures to prevent injuries and damage to the health of personnel and to reduce the negative impact on the environment.

•  Continuous improvement of environmental management systems, occupational safety and health.

To achieve Safety and Environmental Excellence we will:

•  Identify and evaluate Risks in environmental management, occupational safety and health and effectively manage them.

• Rationally use natural resources and energy, introduce low-waste technologies, technologies for the safe accumulation, storage and disposal of production and consumption waste.

• Improve production processes, apply equipment and technologies ensuring safe working conditions.

• Maintain monitoring, audits, internal audits, certification of workplaces to verify compliance with legislative and other requirements applicable to Company Risks.

• Provide personnel competence of environmental protection and labor protection through training, and support employees who make a specific contribution to improvement of the environmental and personnel safety.

• Communicate to suppliers and subcontractors the obligations imposed by the Policy, the goals adopted by the Company.

• Carry out information exchange with external stakeholders on environmental protection and labor protection.
